Hi, I’m Jill

She / Her

I'm a certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT) through the International Association of Yoga Therapists. with nearly 20 years of personal practice. What began as a prenatal yoga class at my local Y has grown into a lifelong journey of healing, self-discovery, and transformation. What speaks to me most are the deeper aspects of yoga—meditation, self-inquiry, nervous system regulation, and the lived experience of yoga in everyday life. For me, the most powerful moments of yoga happen off the mat, in how we meet ourselves and others through life’s challenges.

My path has included chronic pain, injuries, energy-limiting conditions, grief, and neurodivergence discoveries-all of which deepened my connection to yoga, meditation, nervous system regulation, and of course a Truer Self. As a highly sensitive person, I’m deeply attuned to the emotional and energetic experiences of others and love working with fellow HSPs—especially women—who are navigating big transitions and the layered stress of midlife. Whether it’s divorce, empty nesting, career changes, caregiving, motherhood, or moving through identity shifts, I offer a grounded space to reconnect with inner wisdom, resilience, self-trust, and most importantly, self-discovery. My work is trauma-informed, neuroinclusive, and gender-affirming, creating space for all bodies and nervous systems. My work supports clients in reconnecting with their inner wisdom and innate sense of wholeness.

I also draw from my background as a speech therapist, and support clients living with neurological disorders who are seeking mindful, compassionate ways to reconnect with their bodies and inner resources.

In both 1:1 sessions and group settings, I guide grounding, awareness, self-inquiry, and nervous system regulation practices that have been central to my own healing. I believe in holding space—not for answers, but to honor the questions and for discernment to arise from within—and in the power of a safe, therapeutic relationships as a foundation for transformation.

I live in Central Wisconsin with my three daughters, a four legged hiking snuggle buddy, am an advocate for caregivers of all types, and love to support other folks who are navigating life with big feelings, deep empathy, and a longing for grounding and connection.
